Available payment methods
The payment methods currently available for an order are shown during checkout. Availability can vary by order value, product type, fulfilment method, delivery location and payment-provider status.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. COD orders can be subject to confirmation or risk checks. Repeated refusal, false information or unsuccessful delivery attempts may affect future COD availability.
Bank transfer and digital payment
Where bank transfer, wallet or online payment is offered, use only the official payment details displayed by LA PERLA. Keep your payment reference until the order has been confirmed.
Payment verification
Orders requiring advance or digital payment may remain pending until the transaction has been matched successfully. An uploaded receipt does not by itself confirm that payment has been received.
Payment security
Never share your PIN, online-banking password, card security code or one-time password with anyone claiming to represent LA PERLA. Contact support if you receive payment instructions that do not match the website.
